Dear Jim,

I am writing this letter to you in hopes that you will stay in Green Bay. I like your coaching style and philosophy. Please stay and teach our young defense how to become the leagues best. I have faith in your coaching and wish you would have landed the head coaching job but understand your frustrations. Hopefully the Packers organization will also agree with me and do everything in their power to keep you on board with them. So please, please stay in Green Bay.
