OK, What am I talking about? NFL points scored rankings of Mike McCarthy lead offenses. What does this mean? In my eyes it looks like he is excellent with talent and not so good without. He has worked with the likes of Montana, Brett Favre, Rich Gannon, and has developed Aaron Brooks and Matt Hasselbeck. Maybe Thompson is trying to develope Aaron Rodgers. In my opinion, they should be hiring a defensive head coach and then go after an offensive coordinator that would have full control of the offense. I guess since Ray Rhodes didn't workout they were not going to go down that path again. Hopefully Ted Thompson knows what he is doing because I sure don't.
